Requirements for HVAC Residential Install Helper – (included, but not limited to):
  • Willingness to learn and apply learned knowledge.
  • Flexible and adaptable to better serve the install team and our customers.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn all sides of the HVAC business, including commercial and warehouse jobs.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Independent and ability to work in a timely manner, with a goal to always work to ensure the job is done correctly the first time.
  • Capability to follow written and verbal directions as given by lead, managers, and leadership.
