Requirements for Support and Scheduling Representative – (included, but not limited to):
As a Support and Scheduling Representative, you will play a critical role in both customer engagement and operational efficiency. This dynamic role combines outbound lead conversion, evening dispatch coordination, and inbound customer support, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting key performance goals. Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given by manager and leadership.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both Roscoe Brown customers and internal staff.
  • Convert incoming calls and outbound lead lists into booked service appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in an informed, proactive, and professional manner.
  • Support evening dispatch by assigning calls, updating job statuses, and debriefing technicians.
  • Answer inbound overflow calls during peak periods and process customer payments.
  • Update customers throughout the day when needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and job statuses in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers, supervisors, and management to meet daily goals.
  • Proactively follow up on lost opportunities and assist with lead conversion efforts.
  • Attend training sessions to improve performance and call conversion success.

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role also includes helping the dispatch team cover rotating Saturdays. When scheduled to work a Saturday, you will receive a weekday off during the same week to maintain a balanced schedule.

Our office is located at 959 North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, TN.
