What You'll Do
As a Commercial Plumbing Helper, you'll assist experienced plumbers while learning the skills needed to build a successful career in commercial plumbing.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist Commercial Plumbers with plumbing installations on new construction and renovation projects
- Load, unload, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each jobsite
- Learn commercial plumbing systems, materials, tools, and installation techniques through on-the-job training
- Assist with installing piping, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Learn to read blueprints and project specifications
- Support the team by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Follow written and verbal instructions from lead plumbers and leadership
- Communicate professionally with teammates, customers, contractors, and other trades on the jobsite

Commercial Plumbing Helper Qualifications
- Plumbing or construction experience is a plus but not required
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and materials throughout the day
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid driver's license preferred
Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment
